The PAM389 watch, the Panerai Luminor Submersible 1950 3 Days Automatic Amagnetic, features Panerai’s in-house P.9000 automatic movement. This movement provides a three-day power reserve, a free-sprung balance, and a 4Hz beat rate, offering precision and reliability. The P.9000 also includes an independent hour hand for easy time zone adjustments, making it ideal for travelers. Additionally, the PAM389 is equipped with a magnetic field protection using a soft iron Faraday cage and quick-release lugs for easy strap changes.

THE BASICS 

The Panerai Luminor Submersible 1950 Amagnetic PAM 389, released in 2013, is a notable Panerai watch, particularly for its antimagnetic protection and ceramic bezel. It was the first Panerai watch to feature a ceramic bezel insert. The PAM 389 is known for its 47mm titanium case, an antimagnetic “Faraday cage” for movement protection, and a Panerai P.9000 automatic movement with a 3-day power reserve.
