PAYMENTS

Our payments are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices exclude the cost of delivery, insurance and handling of your goods, as well as any transaction fees, which will all be added to the final amount if necessary. All watches remain the property of The Collectible Horology until payment has been securely received in full.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Cash : For residing clients in Malaysia

Credit Card : Applicable only in-store

WARRANTY

Every Pre-Owned watch from The Collectible Horology comes with an in-house 12-month warranty that covers internal movement defects. If there were to be a default to the watch outside of your own control, within the warranty of 12 months after the date of your purchase, we will repair it for you with the greatest care.

The Pre-Owned watch warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or other normal wear and tear.
